Happy Thanksgiving and what to do with leftover ham

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope you’re going to stuff yourself silly, spend time with family and just relax.

If you’re like my family, you always have a large ham which means plenty of leftover ham. What to do with it? Well, I have two options for you. The first is fried rice:

Ingredients:
– ham, chopped or ripped into smaller pieces
– peas
– cooked white rice
– brown sugar
– butter
– garlic

The amounts depend on how many people you’re making it for. Start by frying up brown sugar and butter. Once you’re done cooking the ham. Throw in some minced garlic, one more pad of butter, the rice and the peas. Serve it hot, with or without soy sauce.

Second, there’s the ham only way.

Ingredients:
– brown sugar
– butter

Put the ham flat on a plate. Put a bit of butter on the top. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of that. Microwave until the butter is melted and the ham is hot.
