Today, it’s time for a refreshing and absolutely delicious snack/drink/dessert, whenever you’d like to eat it. This is an avocado shake. I grew up drinking/eating this and it’s just so yummy. Now, the reason I’m switching between eating and drinking is because it depends on how thick you make this shake. I prefer it to be thick, so it ends up being more of an avocado pudding versus a true shake. I eat it with a spoon.
Avocados, for an individual two avocados are usually good
Milk (I use 2%)
Easiest instructions ever: Put everything in the blender and blend. This is done to your taste and your preferred consistency. If you like it sweet, add more sugar. Like to drink it through a straw, add more milk.
